"I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone.
