Great Location! This unit is walking distance to downtown and West Bay, next to TART trail, surrounded by 3 bike shops and next to Elev8 climbing wall. Quick drive to the Old Mission Peninsula and its' beautiful vineyards. Condo is spacious and recently renovated. Comfortable for a family or a girls weekend! This central location allows you easy access to all that Traverse City and the surrounding area has to offer!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start one load of towels. Place any additional used towels in the bathtub. Empty fridge of any left over food. Please check all drawers and closet for your personal belongings.
Take out garbage and recycling. (Located behind condo, you can see the garbage and recycling bin through the kitchen and dining room window). Load dishwasher and start it.
Turn thermostat to Eco mode
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
