Tranquil 2-bedroom apartment in delightful Traverse City getaway

  • Very nice new apartment with great location on WEST side of TC near the YMCA. Heated floors, large windows, high ceilings, quartz countertops, large bath tub with dual showerheads, endless on demand hot water, full size front-load washer and dryer in unit. Excellent location! Only a few minutes to: Munson hospital, downtown, beaches, shopping. Also multiple ways to get easily out of town with minimal traffic. Parking spot(s) right at front door. Quiet neighborhood with natural setting; deer, turkeys, fox, birds and lots of other wildlife regularly in the backyard. This 850sf unit is the entire lower level of a two level building.
