The Space:
Welcome to our brand new and beautifully furnished condo! Every piece of furniture in our space is fresh and inviting, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, cups, glasses, and even some spices. You'll have all the tools at your fingertips to showcase your culinary skills.

In the cozy bedroom, you'll find a Queen size bed adorned with a hybrid foam and cooling gel mattress, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. And for your entertainment, there's a 43-inch Samsung smart TV perfectly positioned for your viewing pleasure.

The living room is designed to provide additional sleeping space with a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa featuring a memory foam mattress. It's complemented by a 55-inch Samsung smart TV, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies.

As our guest, you'll have full access to convenient amenities, including a washer and dryer. Stay connected with high-speed Internet and enjoy a variety of entertainment options with Cable TV/Samsung Live. Plus, you can easily stream your preferred apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, HBO max, and more on our smart TVs.

Located within the TART trail area, our property is a sought-after destination for biking enthusiasts. We've made it even more convenient for you by providing a locked bike rack room within the complex, just down the hall from our unit. Rest assured, your bikes will be stored securely in this video-monitored storage room, accessible with a key fob provided to you.

For added convenience and relaxation, the building features an elevator for easy access to all four floors. On the second floor, you'll find our unit (208), while the fourth floor boasts a common area with TVs, ample space, board games, and a cozy fireplace—perfect for unwinding during rainy days or when you're looking for some extra room to relax.

To make your stay even more hassle-free, we've partnered with Stocked, a local grocery delivery company. No membership or subscription required! If you wish, they can customize your groceries and have them waiting in the refrigerator upon your arrival. Just let us know, and we'll provide you with their contact details.

Please note that all guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Guest Access:
The building is state of the art and super secure with key codes both to enter the building and the condo unit itself.

Great neighborhood with bars and restaurants nearby! We sit right on the tart trail going into downtown, Suttons Bay, or Elk Rapids and even downtown Traverse City along with the beaches too!

If you are staying for more than 14 days, we REQUIRE a mid-stay clean. The charge will be separate from the cleaning fee, and charge through the platform you booked on.

One pet is allowed under 40 lbs. on the property during your stay for a one time $100 fee. Please choose 1 pet when specifying the number of guests.
