The house was perfect for our group of 4. Everyone had a bedroom, clean, and enough space to spread out. Super cute and well stocked. Location was exactly what we needed, walkable, near Hop Lot our favorite spot!
This cottage is in a great accessible location. We brought bikes and utilized the available covered storage but you don't need them and can easily walk to the nearby beach or the larger one up in Sutton's Bay as well as the whole main street.
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated, the kitchen fully equipped, and plenty of linens/towels. There is a peekaboo view of the bay across the street and a very short drive or walk into town. Quiet neighborhood, and convenient to TC, Leland, Sleeping Bear…
We went up for a quick weekend to enjoy the colors and some family time! This house was perfect for us! It was clean, and roomy! It is just a minute from downtown Suttons Bay which was a perfect little walk from the house. Very close to Hoplot which is a fun place to visit!
The cottage had everything we needed and room for everyone. Having two full bathrooms was a plus. We were able to walk into Suttons Bay for dinner or shopping anytime we wanted, it was also an easy walk to Hop Lot brewery and close to wineries. Lori was prompt to answer any of our concerns.
House is perfect for four adults with 4 bedrooms and two baths. We didn’t cook much but the kitchen is well equipped with appliances and dishes. Lots of storage and great location to walk to town and restaurants.
Lovely and comfortable home in Sutton’s Bay. Everything you need is here. Very close to the main drag and in walking distance of park at the sandy shore of Lake Michigan. Super responsive host though we had no problems whatsoever. The house has both ac and heat which was great since we hit 90 on Saturday! I highly recommend this rental.
We loved the area & would definitely return. The town is walking distance with such quaint little shops. We are always amazed by the beautiful blue waters. Our Mission Peninsula winery tour was great & we caught fresh salmon in Lake Michigan. The house is immaculate & better than the pictures. It had everything we needed.
Stayed week of 9/22/24 for family vacation. Very nice property, clean and comfortable. Beautiful view out the living room window that includes part of the bay. Public beach down the street and an easy walk to town. Appreciated having a place to store our bikes out of the weather. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Look forward to a return visit.
The house was lovely. Very clean and accomodating. Only issue we had was the light in the dining room did not work. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely home right in Suttons bay
Lovely well kept home great for families right across the street from the water and close to town. Would definitely recommend this property to others.
We've stayed at this property multiple times and we've always enjoyed the space it provides and the great location with access to Suttons Bay and other Traverse City area attractions. The 4 bedrooms are perfect for our 4 adult family members and having 2 full bathrooms is great. We don't cook a lot but the kitchen has all the cupboard space and appliances we need and the big table is nice for sharing take out. The seating in front is and comfortable and the purple flowers smelled great this year.
Super clean! The house has everything you need and more! The place is much bigger than what the pictures show. The location was absoutely perfect! Close to Traverse City, all the wineries, the casino, and walkable to Suttons Bay restaurants and shops! Easy check in and check out. The owner contacted us prior to let us know about a very minor problem and solved it immediately. Highly recommend this property for small group of friends, family, or couples.
