- Quiet Traverse City cottage on large wooded and grassy lot just minutes from East Bay, downtown, the TART trail, and short drive to the airport.
Enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by mature pines, and lilacs while remaining close to everything Traverse City has to off. The home is located approximately 0.3 miles from East Bay Beach, 800 feet from the TART trail, nearby shopping and restaurants and only 4 miles from downtown and 2 miles from the airport.
Inside you'll find a comfortable and practical layout with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, two bedrooms, and an office setup.
Whether youre vibing for the beaches, wineries, biking, hiking, boating, or simply to relax, the cottage provides the perfect home base away from crowds while keeping everything within reach. Boat and jets rentals right at the beach.
