Very quiet 550 sq ft unit with heated floors. Has a queen 10inch foam bed and a full pullout couch bed, 1 bathroom with a luxury shower. Hair dryer, curling iron & many amenities like AC, iron, cable and Wi-Fi. Guests will feel spoiled in this peaceful apartment.
In RARE events,we will need emergency access into to the supply closet for the electrical panel within the rental. You will be notified ahead of time by text and prior to entering the premises we will knock on the door. Cameras cannot record or listen in private areas.

Amazing little apartment!

My husband and I came for the weekend and needed a quiet place to stay. The apartment is very cute, clean, and comfortable. Every detail is thought through. Loved the private entrance, the little kitchenette, comfortable bed, lovely location, etc. Just a few houses down from a little park right on Lake Michigan. Highly recommended!

Hosts where very friendly and went out of there way to accommodate our every nee d, place was well stocked with towels and aupplys. I would highly recommend for couples as the space is a little tight for more than two people.
