Enjoy the perfect stay at this centrally located Trailside 45 Condo! Only 1.5 miles away from downtown Traverse City, this is the perfect spot to kick back, while being close to everything that northern Michigan has to offer. Restaurants, bars, hiking and biking trails, and beaches are all nearby and awaiting you during your trip to Traverse City. First floor unit with easy access to outside, you will not be disappointed!



The Space:

This first floor unit has everything that you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Traverse City! Spacious open floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is more than enough space for an enjoyable stay with friends or family. Kick back in the living room and input your own username into any of the streaming services to binge watch your favorite shows.

Walk into the master bedroom where you will find a cozy queen bed (linens included) along with a flat screen TV to stream any of your favorite shows. This room features a walk in closet with an ensuite bathroom stocked with a couple rolls of toilet paper to get you started along with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Trailside45 is just a mile and a half away from downtown Traverse City, known for their delicious restaurants and favorite local hangouts. If you choose to stay in for a night, the kitchen is stocked with all the kitchen essentials (utensils, basic cookware, dishes, paper towel, dishwasher pods, dish soap, a Keurig). A few K-cups of coffee will be provided to get your vacation off on the right foot.



Planning on staying a while? No worries there is a washer and dryer in the unit so you can wash your belongings. Some laundry pods will be provided.

We had a great weekend wine tasting in TC and loved the location and cleanliness of the condo! It is near downtown TC and close to lots of activities in the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Weekend Stay

Perfect stay for a quick weekend. Clean, convenient location, and easy check in and check out process. The only thing to note is being on the first floor means you may be able to hear the neighbors above you, which we did.

This was my first VRBO experience and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed. I brought my own towels but didn't need to as there was plenty of towels and linens. The parking was easy and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Riley, our host, communicated with me throughout the process leaving nothing to chance. It was an amazing weekend. The location was close to downtown and the lake areas.

The place was nice and clean, and had a lot of things that made the stay nice. It was a bit hard to get in, the code was send very late. All and all we had good time, the kids loved the nearby park.

Everything was as pictured. The condo was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the ground floor location for loading and unloading. Comfortable beds with great TV's. We liked having the two bedrooms/bathrooms separated for privacy. Would stay here again.

Traverse City Perfection

Everything about this property lived up to the billing. The location was perfect, as our group ran the Bayshore half-marathon, and this condo allowed us to walk to and from the event. Post-race, the ability to walk just a couple blocks to two very good restaurants and a brewery was an added bonus. The condo itself was spacious, clean and well-stocked. I couldn't recommend this place any higher.

Condo was very clean, lots of linen. Washer/dryer was a plus Would have been nice if ice maker and water worked on the frig. Better cooking pots and better quality of silverware. Couch needs to be replaced as cushions keep falling into couch.

We traveled to Traverse City for the first time with our 22 year old son and 19 year old daughter. Nice, modern unit. Only a five to seven minute drive to lake and downtown shops. Appreciated the property manager’s timely response to any questions I had. Nice to have a washer and dryer available for use right in the unit!
