Looking to be immersed in the heart of Traverse City? Look no further than this conveniently located studio apartment.



The Space:

Guaranteed one parking spot, upon arrival you will take one flight of stairs to locate Suite 3. Using the smart lock with your unique door code you will walk into this beautiful one-bedroom studio. This room features a queen size bed and a large smart TV. While this condo doesn't have a full kitchen you will still find it equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a Keurig, and some K-cups to get your trip started on the right foot. There is also a small dining room table you can take meetings from or enjoy take-out from one of the many delicious restaurants nearby. This suite also has its own ensuite bathroom that has a luxury tile shower.







Front Street Suites are right off of Front Street at the beginning of downtown Traverse City, walking distance to all the restaurants and bars TC has to offer.

We had a great time! Super simple check in and out process and great clean space! Location of property is in walking distance of so many great bars and restaurants and shops! Only hiccup we had was the initial finding of the property as our GPS couldn't quite direct us there for some reason. But would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great place in downtown Traverse City

The suite was fantastic! The owner gave us great instructions. We walked the downtown area because it was so close. The Suite was clean and just perfect for a weekend get away!

Efficient and Good Location

The property was small as noted, but very clean and has everything needed for the stay as most of my time was spent out of the unit. Location was a bit hard to find, but this was perhaps due to the construction around the area. Would stay again.

Great location

Location was great and a good spot for a long weekend. Only minor issue was noise in middle of the night as the complex is small and you can hear people walking down the stairs. Can't beat the location though, and the place was new and clean.

Great Location

Cozy little studio was perfect for my wife and I. It’s right there when you get on Front St. Comes with a parking pass which was great. Had a couple outings we had to drive to, knowing we had a dedicated parking spot when we got back made it very stress free for us. The location is amazing as you can walk all of downtown and the beach right from the studio. This was our first stay and will for sure be back looking to book this same property. Short drive to Turtle Creek casino for those looking to try their luck or get a really good meal at Bourbons 72.

Nice and clean

Over all very clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The only problem was you could hear people coming up and down the stairs and slamming doors.

Location was good to be close to the shops. No elevator, didn’t realize it was on 2nd floor, very small, TV didn’t work, no lighting in the tiny area where a little table and two high chairs are. The small area where the table is so small two normal sized adults would have trouble sitting at it. Only view is out of one little window where you see a side of the store. Bathroom was very nice. Some hooks on the wall would be nice. Would we stay again? Not sure. Parking in downtown Traverse City is hard to fine and we found paid parking. So staying here helped us avoid parking fees. It’s not a place you would want to spend much time in. Only one holstered chair.

TC weekend

The location is perfect because you can walk to literally everything! Very convenient parking especially in a busier area. The bathroom is more spacious than you’d think it would be which was nice. The mattress was comfortable but the bed frame is pretty squeaky and you can hear the people around you, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs / white noise. The remote for the TV was universal and it was not programmed to the TV. The host was very quick to reply, although my husband and I ultimately googled it and figured out how to program it ourselves. The mini fridge door catches on the cabinet so pay attention to lift it before opening. The shower also needs a good scrubbing as there is a lining of brown/orange mildew around the bottom. It was nice space for two people. Overall good stay and would book again.

Perfect Location!!

This 2 person unit puts you right in the heart of Traverse City. Being directly on Front Street you can walk to many shops and restaurants. But you will also have a designated parking spot so easy access to nearby vineyards. The building looks a little sketchy when you pull up. But the entry is very secure. One flight of stairs isn't bad but they and the hallway look a bit rundown. The door to our unit unlocked well but was a bit hard to push open/close, too tight for doorway. The room itself was a nice surprise, clean and updated. Great bathroom and shower!! Overall was a nice stay. Biggest con was the thin walls. You could hear just about everything... people walking, doors open and close, neighbors, etc. Thankfully, the other guests were respectful. But i can see if it was a weekend stay, rowdy people would make for a poor experience. And the main entry door to the building bangs closed, echos through our room which was right above it. Don't get me wrong though, very pleasant stay which met our needs. Would stay there again.

This was our second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time! The location is prime and makes everything so easy; dinner and drinks downtown or getting in & out of town to hit the wineries. The room was clean and has everything you could need. We will be booking again on for next trip north!
