Great weekend getaway

The condo was beautiful! Very clean and the location is great! Near downtown and across the street from a beautiful park. The beds were so comfortable! We absolutely loved it and would reserve again!

Great location

This location was perfect for 4 of us to visit in the Traverse City area. The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The owner was great about suggestions for things to do and places to eat as well as taking care of an issue we had with Wi-Fi quickly.

Relaxing winter family get away

My husband, 2 teenage kids, and myself spent 4 nights here for my kids’ midwinter break and we had a lovely time. The condo was just as pictured- clean, with any amenities that you would like for a family such as ours, and the location was excellent. Michael was super responsive whenever we needed him. The only potential downside was that there was a decent bit of road noise and, we heard the footsteps and chairs moving from the people above us. However, that wouldn’t sway us from staying here again, Michael was an excellent host and the condo was great!

Great Location

Excellent location across from the Bay and within walking distance of downtown Traverse City. It's a condo complex mainly of rental units and my guess it was build for the intent of short term rentals. Condo has nice setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious kitchen area and stackable washer/dryer. Be aware you will be able to hear folks walking and talking above you. The neighbors above us had some drama that was more exciting than the reality show we were watching. Expect the basics in the kitchen but no seasonings, oil, tubberware, or other food product as the unit is cleaned out after each guest. Arrival instructions and info was sent to me about 2 hours before check-in. The checkout procedures are in the original reservation email but not in the binder onsite but it's standard check-out items.

Our stay was exceptional! The condo was bright, impeccably clean, and incredibly user-friendly, making it a perfect home away from home. I absolutely loved having the park directly across the street; it provided a lovely space for relaxation and enjoyment. Really enjoyed this space, just wished we had more time to enjoy it and more friends to share it with. We only spent 1 night, but loved the proximity to town where we could walk to everything and avoid the traffic and parking struggles. We also had our bikes along and enjoyed the convenience to the tart trail and Old Mission Peninsula, where we spent time biking and visiting a couple wineries. The owner had a nice book put together of many of his favorite places to visit in Northern Michigan and you could tell that he has a great appreciation for the surrounding areas and this was nice to peruse through to get ideas of places to visit. Also, his communication was superb. I left behind my favorite UM Hat and didn't even miss it before I received a message from him letting me know the cleaning company left it in the hallway for me to swing by and pick up. I would definitely stay here again and in fact suggested it to my daughter in law from KY who wants to plan a visit with her Mom.

Comfortable & walkable TC condo

Our family has an excellent time staying at Ryan’s place. It was clean and as described. The location is fantastic - walkable to downtown shop & restaurants and a couple of great beaches. The condo was comfortable and quiet at night. We would definitely stay again.

Ryan and the staff provide an experience you will treasure. My family was very pleased, especially my wife. She is pampered and has high standards. This Condo met all her standards in a property she would use again. She called her girlfriend, and now her girlfriend is trying to book a honeymoon for her in August. My family has already decided that we will be here at least twice a year.

The condo was clean and had all the conveniences for our stay. The beds were comfortable. The first floor location is very convenient for strollers annd loading/unloading luggage. Excellent location within walking distance to all the shops on Front St and the beaches. My kids loved the playground park right across the street. Parking is included and easy. Check-in was a breeze as well. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous, secure, and convenient

Stayed 2 nights, parking easy and there is guest parking for one additional car. Two bedrooms, two bath, everything clean as a whistle. Patio has a view of a park which is nice but its close enough to the sidewalk that people say, "Hi." McDonald's is a short walk and both lakes are too. Got to see the air show practice over Boardman lake with hardly any people and for free and in the shade. I'd go baxk in a heartbeat.

Great cozy homebase

We come up year after year with our family for a late May soccer tournament. We often stay at this complex. This condo was clean, cozy, well decorated and perfect to come back to after each long day in some wet, wild weather. The condo was well stocked with anything we could need and the beds were great! It would be the perfect spot for anyone visiting the area. It’s a short drive down town, a little gaunt to the Mall and not to far from a trip up the peninsula. Bravo!

Great stay in Traverse City!

Totally enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable condo. The location was convenient to downtown, great restaurants and wineries. It was in a very quiet neighborhood that had nice cottage houses and sidewalks allowing for morning/evening walks.
