    With shopping, beaches, boat launches, hiking trails and the Tart trail (Traverse Area Recreation Trail) close by, this home offers a great location to ensure that your stay in Traverse City is everything you planned it to be. The spacious bedroom suites allow for privacy when needed, the large kitchen and main living area offer a great place to cook and enjoy each others company, and for those that seek outdoor entertainment, the patio area offers a couple of different areas to lounge and recharge from the days activities. Beautiful home and property! Our family of 10 came for a wine tasting trip and we had a blast. The home was very clean and very spacious for a group this size! The upstairs common area being so convenient for card/board games and the darts was a nice touch. Probably the best rental we have ever stayed in and we loved how close to TC it really was!

Had some initial hiccups with pricing when adding a night, but this was a glitch that wasn’t the owner’s fault. Place was clean and spacious. It lacked some extras that other places have had (extra toilet paper, enough pots and pans, dish gloves, nothing major), but was overall really great and comfortable.

The property was excellent for our group! We were in town for a wedding and the property was able to comfortably accommodate all of us guests. I really enjoyed how spacious the rooms were and especially enjoyed the game room upstairs. I will try and book this place for all of my future trips to Traverse City!

Very clean! Comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked with all utinsels. The backyard was great, we spent our nights playing yard games and sitting around the fire. Was a perfect place to stay for our vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was really spacious and it was especially nice to have 4 bathrooms. Everything was very clean. We loved having the fully stocked kitchen, the grill, and games available. The host was very responsive and the location was perfect - just a short drive to downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay at this Vrbo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Perfect location, close to Traverse City and in a quiet neighborhood. Carrie was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway!

We loved this property, finding it perfect to host our group for a weekend getaway. It was located in a quiet area but was still quite close to town for easily accessible restaurants and activities. We would absolutely return!

Perfect family getaway. The house was great for 3 generations to hang out and celebrate Christmas. The kids loved the huge game room, and the separate space for us old timers was nice and quiet. Close to many winter activities and amazing restaurants. Carrie our host was very welcoming,patient with my questions always available to help. We had a monster snowfall and the snow genies came and cleared us right out. Iwould go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this wonderful home.

Great Place to Stay

Beautiful, clean property. Expansive so no one felt crowded. Location was great relative to town and activities. Only one negative was that we had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.
