Enjoy beautiful downtown Traverse City in this super cute, second-floor condo that sleeps six. Located just a couple of blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay and downtown Traverse City, this condo is close to everything.

The main floor of this two-level condo is bright and open concept with a living/dining area and a full bathroom. There is a balcony off the dining area. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms has a private balcony.

This is a great location to enjoy everything in Traverse City. Walk to the downtown area for great local shopping or dining. Enjoy the National Cherry Festival, Traverse City Film Festival, and the West Grand Traverse Bay beaches. F&M Park is just across the street with a great playground and an ice rink in the winter.

Perfect Traverse City condo

6 adults stayed here for a girls weekend and the condo was just as great as advertised. Close enough to walk to Front St. shopping and dining. Layout is perfect and we were very comfortable. Only thing missing is chairs on the deck to enjoy being outdoors and take in the partial bay view. I would definitely stay here again!

Great time as always in TC

This was a great location for everything we wanted to do in downtown TC. The property was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate to accommodate all three couples in our group which was great. We were allowed early check in as well.

Wine tour

It was a celebration for my best friends 65th Birthday and there was for of us. We had a great time. The space was perfect for us. Only next time we will look for a first floor option. All of us were over 60 and we over packed.

girls weekend

this property was a perfect location for us. it had everything we needed to make for a great stay. only issue was the amount of stairs. very steep to get into the condo and all bedrooms were located up stairs. the mattress in the front left bedroom was not very comfortable. thanks for letting us stay!

Clean and Comfortable

We spend a week in Traverse City every summer. This was our first time staying in this unit and we were very happy with our experience. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how clean the condo was. The bedrooms and kitchen were all thoughtfully furnished and the smart tv was a nice added bonus. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach multiple times throughout the week. My kids enjoyed the park across the street, as well. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future!

I was able to have a nice vacation during the cherry festival with my daughter, daughter in law, and two little grand daughters. Everything is within walking distance. There is a playground across the street with kids’ activities. You can see the water, hear the music from the concerts, see the air show, and see the fireworks all from the balcony. Clean. Was able to cook all meals and all be together instead of trying to figure out motel rooms. It was our second year doing this. I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

Our family had a terrific stay in Traverse City and this condo was the perfect home base for all of our activities! The beds were comfortable and it was great to have plenty of space. It's an easy walk into downtown Traverse City or to the waterfront. We made extensive use of the trail system, which is so close to this condo! Comfortable, clean, roomy, quiet, easy parking, with a washer/dryer, full kitchen, two bathrooms - it was awesome! We will definitely want to stay there again if we go back to the area.

Had an amazing stay. Overall the place was clean (under bed needed a little more attention), but only noticed the last day when I dropped something. Great communication and location was near everything. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
