Walkable to downtown Traverse City and a short drive to Old Mission peninsula, home to award winning wineries and breathtaking views. This condo showcases new appliances, upscale details, and a personal rooftop deck. This is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of exploring all that Traverse City or surrounding areas have to offer.

The Space:
Unwind in sophistication within the captivating interiors of this modern condominium. The property graciously hosts up to 6 guests across two spacious bedrooms, each appointed with queen-sized beds, along with a full-sized pull-out couch in the living room.

The condo's chic and well-appointed kitchen showcases brand new, premium-grade appliances. Revel in the joy of home-cooked meals and dine either perched on one of our four barstools or savor a sunset-infused dinner on the secluded rooftop lounge.

The inviting living area features sumptuous seating, a generously sized flat-screen TV for your entertainment pleasures, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. For added convenience, we extend the provision of secure garage parking, albeit for a solitary vehicle.

Everything was very clean and the condo has everything you would need. The check- in/check-out process was very simple. Location was excellent. The garage parking was a nice feature. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Our stay was great. Very comfortable amount of space. Very stylish and suited w everything we needed. Would stay here again. Air flow was not great - bring a fan! We cranked the the a/c but bedrooms were warm at night.

Convenient clean and comfy

Great stay. Nice central location for downtown and Cherry Fest access. Rode bikes in area. Easy day trips to Sleeping Bear and Mackinac Island.A/C fix: heat rises, so shut all the main and bottom floor vents and open all the top floor vents. If its super hot when you arrive, open the rooftop door for a bit for the hot air to clear out. Set the thermostat fan high and temp low. It will be cold on the main floor and comfortable in the bedrooms.Only criticism is it would be nice to be able to put luggage on a table or luggage stands in bedrooms.

Clean and walking distance

This property was close to everything downtown. We walked to almost everything. Parking was tight, couldn't fit our truck that was less than 19ft due to cars parked and getting turned in. Parked in a nearby lot with no issues. Property was very clean, great if you need a place to sleep at night and go out next day. Chairs/table on the balcony would be a great addition!!.

Great Stay!

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the top floor was very warm, even with the AC cranked up. No air flow through the vents. The winter might not be an issue but it was for us. The windows only opened a little bit so we couldn't get much air flow. A fan in the bedrooms might help. The only other issue was there wasn't any furniture on the roof. It would have been nice to sit up there and hang out. The place was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the location was great.
