Downtown TC Luxury 2 Bedroom - 3 Bed Top Floor Condo Parking Included

This luxury condo is located in the heart of downtown Traverse City and includes 2 parking passes to an attached parking garage. Location is everything, just steps to Front Street where you will find restaurants, bars, shopping, and more! Multiple beaches and Tart Trail are only ½ mile from this vacation retreat. If wine tasting is on your agenda, look no further as we are centrally located to both the Leelanau and Old Mission Peninsula.
As you walk into this beautiful condo, you will enjoy the tastefully decorated open floor plan and natural light through the slider door overlooking Eighth St. There is plenty of space for everyone with 2 bedrooms, a queen sofa bed, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry! Each bedroom features a queen bed complimented by multiple USB charging ports and spacious closets. All linens and toiletries are supplied to make for light and easy packing! There is also a desk off the kitchen for those working remotely. This prime location is only a short walk to restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in and cook in our fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, then you must visit Maxbauers Meat Market only steps away from the condo. And don’t miss out on cozying up to the fireplace after a chilly fall day of shopping or after a fun day of snowshoeing. Come enjoy the Traverse Wine Coast, offering over 40 wineries along M-22 & Old Mission Peninsula with an expansion of breweries & distilleries. This fully equipped condo surely has all the convenience you’ll need for your Traverse City stay.

Great place to stay

The condo made a great home base for exploring TC and the surrounding area. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and the location was so convenient—just a short walk downtown. The covered parking had a walkway to the second story of the condo building. The hosts were accommodating and available. We would stay there again on our next trip to TC!

Great Hosts

We will definitely be back here because the hosts were as awesome as the place. So close to everything and I was able to access the path/trail that runs through Traverse City, along the river all the way to the big lake, south of downtown. We even went to the meat market/butcher that is outside the parking garage and had an awesome family night cooking food and playing some games. The hosts reached out everyday to see how things were and wanted to know if we needed anything. Phenomenal place to stay!

Traverse City Condo

We were very pleased with the property we booked. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, nicely furnished, and had all the kitchen accessories we needed. Navid and Julie were wonderful hosts who made us feel welcome and answered all out questions promptly. Although initially concerned about the ease of parking, once understood it was no problem whatsoever. We definitely recommend this rental and would without question would rent again in the future.

Perfect downtown location
