2 Bedroom and 1 Full Bath guesthouse is newly built and Centrally Located in a quiet alley 4 blocks from West Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, walking distance to the grocery store and much more. The back yard outdoor space is a grassy paradise to take in the sun and relax. Two decks with furniture offer outdoor living options during your stay. The kitchen is adequately stocked with cooking equipment to make most dishes, it also includes dish washer for easy cleanup. Living room features seating along with a 65" flat screen TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix and Apple TV access. Bedrooms are simple and comfortable with closet and dresser space for your things. Beds are new and comfortable to ensure you can recharge for the next day. Full bathroom with extra care taken for cleanliness. Parking is available on premise for up to 3 vehicles and storage space for bikes is available in the shed. Garage space is not offered or accessible.
