Great condo with amazing location

The property itself was extremely clean and spacious we had everything we needed and zero issues. The location is absolutely amazing as well, we were able to walk into town easily. We also drove up to the peninsula in less than 30 minutes to hike.Its decently close to ski resorts as well should you want to do that. I recommend staying here!

Great stay as usual

This is the third time we’ve stayed at Michael’s, and each time has been absolutely delightful! Location is excellent and the view from the balcony was outstanding. We felt right at home. Assigned parking spot was incredibly convenient. Can’t wait to stay again!

Family Wedding

What a wonderful comfortable home for the long weekend while attending a family wedding in Traverse City/Sutton Bay. Spacious and great location. Quick walk to downtown Traverse City, beach and eateries. Highly recommend this home for anyone traveling to this area of Michigan and what a beautiful area of Michigan it is.

This place was great !

This unit was very comfortable and in a great location. It was walking distance to Front Street and the beach. I greatly appreciated that the unit was well stocked with basic necessities. I highly recommend it.

Lovely family wedding

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in TC. The condo was very well equipped. Kitchen had plenty of extras for dishes, silverware and glasses. K cups were an available for coffee each morning. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

Superb communication! Extremely accommodating with check-in & out. As pictured. Decided on this listing due to our wedding venue being within eyesight. Beyond our expectations, our family loved it! Yes, the master bath tub made noise, we had fun with it. Nothing the Owners can do without replacing the entire tub. There were PLENTY of spare towels available in closets. Master bed was super comfy! Will definitely stay again!

Downtown TC condo

Great location for biking, beach access, restaurants and shopping. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. The condo is very adequate and stocked with whatever renters may need to a greater extent than other VRBO units that we have rented. The only suggestion I have is to replace the 2nd bedroom mattress, add shelves and hooks to the guest bath and more pots , pans and dishes in the kitchen. However, we managed just fine for the 4 nights that we occupied the condo. Thank you, Christie, for a lovely accommodation that made for a fun family vacation!

Nice place

Everything was nice and clean. Beautiful view of bay. Beds were comfortable. Was surprised they listed as 3 bedrooms. 3rd bed was pull out bed near kitchen. Not much privacy. The main bedroom was beautiful, loved the sitting room. Took shower but was very noisy because the floor create and was noisy down stairs. Seemed like they shower over tub and made a lot of noise when I was washing up. Would rent again but as 2 bedrooms.

Beautifully furnished large condo

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom condo. So nicely furnished, balcony with a view of the west bay, about 3 blocks to the start of restaurants and shops, parking spot right in front of condo. If you are a coffee lover, there are both a Keurig and brew pot!! Bathrooms have soap and shampoo/conditioner dispensers. Nice safe neighborhood. Across the street is a small sandy beach. Has some playground equipment. Recommend eating at Bubbas, the Little Fleet food trucks. Took a Discovery cruise at sunset which was great. Also, in the Delamar hotel parking lot across the street there are places to sign up for catamaran cruises that board at their dock. Can’t beat this location. Great condo that we highly recommend!!

Small items would have made 5 star stay

We arrived and upon trying to take showers there were only 3 towels which were bleach stained and holey for 5 people (ew). Much much later, we found towels in the dryer. In all the Vrbo s we stayed at, if a coffee maker is advertised, there’s always coffee for guests, but there was none, no condiments either. The tv upstairs didn’t work, and the tub shower was oddly noisy. Now the good parts. Condo was clean. In a nice area with a bay view. Checkin easy.
