Be one of the firsts to stay in this BOHO (bohemian)1-bedroom condo with 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs. Located just outside downtown Traverse City, you’ll be close to beaches, trails, and downtown life.

Once you stroll through the door, you’ll feel charmed by the handmade woodworking and cheerful touches your local TC hosts curated for you. This quiet corner unit boasts high ceilings and oversized windows, giving an airy feel. The space is perfect for 2 with a king-sized bed, but cozy for 4 with the pullout sofa.

This retreat will be the perfect place to land after a day of exploring in Northern Michigan. For an added convenience, your hosts live close by if you’d like us to bring you a pack n’ play, or bikes that we have to rent (we have 2), or if you need anything at all.

The space:
This sunny space will be the perfect place to land after a day of exploring in Northern Michigan. But before that, be sure you soak in 1 of the 4 rooftop hot tubs. The tall 11' ceilings, oversized windows and exposed industrial design give space, warmth, and a modern feel. Your hosts, two tight-knit couples from college days, created this space just for you. We had fun purchasing items locally, vintage and new, to give you that memorable feeling while you’re vacationing. Sleep in comfort with blackout shades, fans, restful beds and linens.
The fully stocked kitchen includes coffee, spices, paper towels, trash bags, oil spray, ziplock bags, containers, and more. The immaculate bathroom includes toilet paper, hair dryer, towels, and all-in-one wash. There is also a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent so you can go home with clean clothes.

Dogs:
As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to bring your small to medium sized pup with you on vacation (Please do not exceed 50 lbs). Please keep your well-behaved and potty-trained dog always on a 6 foot leash. If your dog is an excessive barker, this may not be the place for them. Because the condo is new (and we’d love to keep it that way for our guests), please do not allow your dogs up on the couches unless you place our provided pet blanket on top of the couch. And of course, always clean up after them outside the property.

Guest Access:
This condo is located on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator or stairs to get there. The 10 2-person rooftop hot tubs are located on the 5th floor which are ready for use and you can take the elevator to get to.

For your convenience, there is one designated free parking spot right on the condo property. Simply park in your room number and wheel your luggage to your cozy condo.

If working remotely or simply browsing, there is fast speed fiber internet.
