The staff was helpful, the room was clean, mattress was just ok, no cups in room, no USB ports, office in a hotel room since lobby building is no longer in use. Only stayed here because there was nothing else close to where we would be. Beware - they actually charge your credit card $50 for incidentals! Then they take a picture of your CC so they can refund your $ - did not like this idea at all. Bad business practice.
Nicely updated rooms. Several places to eat within walking distance. For the money.

The staff was good. There were shops near by. It was pet friendly. The shower curtain didn’t look clean but it probably was washed. The type of material it was it looked not clean. The sheets were pure white. They were clean. The room did smell like old smoke.

Room had roaches. The front desk was perfectly fine with them and then complained about why were are checking out after checking in a few hours before hand. They had attitudes at the front desk and then told my roaches are everywhere in south western Virginia. I found another hotel about 35 minutes away and it was clean and amazing.

Nicely updated motel in some ways. Clean new linens and adequate bed. I was disappointed there were no cups in the room (maybe a house keeping error) and no hairdryer or coffee pot. While 24 hour desk is advertised, be aware that does not mean someone will always be at the desk. There is a number to call if the office is closed. The man on duty happened to see me from outside when I arrived and checked me in at 8pm. He did not give me a WIFI code and when I tried to check the next morning there was no one at the desk. The motel is a good budget choice near the highway for a quick overnight stay. A grocery store and fast food are nearby.
This is a very nice lodging, It delivers above expectations at its price point. Clean, comfy, nice new wall mounted TVs, AC works great. Wi-Fi is good. One thing that sets them apart is that pets stay free. No hassle or extra expense for traveling with my boy. In some situations having a pet can become costly. Not a consideration here.
Great value for a fine room.
Nice remodeled room, clean, and quiet. For the price a good deal.

The hotel was just OK. The price was pretty good, but no breakfast and no ICE. The lady who checked us in was great. The bed was comfortable, and the WiFi worked well.
The check-in was a fiasco. The office closed at 8 PM. I arrived a couple of hours later. Without a cell phone, I had to rely on another hotel guest to tell me what to do to check in. It turned out I had to knock on the hotel room door that was 2 doors to the left of the office. Luckily, someone answered and checked me in.
