The 2009 reconstructed house offers under his thatched roof on about 50 m² everything, which is part of a relaxing holiday. The large living room on the ground floor with dining and sitting area, satellite TV, DVD player, radio with CD and a wardrobe with safe is the focal point of the apartment. The modern separate kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, extractor fan and the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet also contribute to the well-being. The two cozy bedrooms with sloping ceilings and 2 single beds in the upper floor ensure restful sleep. These can be accessed via a narrow staircase Samba. Outdoor blinds throughout the house let sleep while the sun greeted the day and provide pleasant coolness on hot days ..   The sunny grounds with lawn, a large terrace including sunbeds, table, chair chairs and umbrella invite you to unwind. A shed with barbecue is available for free. A carport plus. Second parking space can also be based.

The house is due to its quiet yet central location on the sunny island of Usedom ideal for families with and without a car, water sports, cyclists, walkers and those who simply want to relax only once.
