The cozy apartment is about 25 m² in size and is divided into a combined living room and bedroom with an integrated kitchenette and a bathroom with bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven with electric stove, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and an extractor fan. The small dining area offers enough space for 2 adults and one child (up to 3 years). In the combined living and sleeping area there is a flat screen TV with WiFi and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 adults. The sunny terrace invites you to relax and unwind.

The apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort Trassenheide in a quiet location. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is about 3 km from the apartment and is very easy to reach by bike. Restaurants, shops, a bakery and the spa are about 1 km away. The train station is about 1.8 km away. There you will also find the large butterfly farm, miniature golf, the children's land Trassenheide, and the house is upside down.
