"It would have been nice if they would somehow warn you that you shouldn't come by foot. Definitely take a car/taxi up this bloody hill. We were both fit and it was exhausting to drag our luggage and belongings up the hill to the hotel. Definitely would not recommend to stay here if you dont have a car/taxi because you'll be hiking up and down all day. "We had a lovely stay at Occidental Roca Negra. The hotel is peaceful with beautiful, quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing. The spa and pool area were highlights, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only minor downside is that there isn’t much nearby in terms of shops or markets, but if you’re looking for a place to unwind and disconnect, this hotel is ideal."
