A nossa experiência no Marina Bay foi muito especial, não bastasse todas as condições do apartamento já notificada na avaliação, tivemos a grata felicidade de conhecer o Gestor Matteo que fez toda a diferença em nossa estada em Trapani. Ele nos recebeu de forma gentil amigável e extremamente profissional. Matteo nos levou pessoalmente ao estacionamento, se preocupou com o nosso jantar nos indicando um restaurante perfeito, falando em seu próprio nome. Como se não bastasse, manteve contato, procurando saber de nossa estada mesmo depois de sairmos de sua propriedade. Viajar é permitir que lugares e pessoas especiais façam a diferença em nossas vidas. O nosso cordial agradecimento a Matteo.

Nos alojamos seis noches, el apartamento está muy bien situado pero me decepcionó en algunas cosas, el wifi no funcionaba en la habitación en el baño no funcionaba la luz y tuvimos que decirselo dos veces para que en el segundo día nos la cambiaran en recepción si quieres preguntar algo casi nunca está la chica.

Spacious rooms and good location

The location can't be bettered, just a few minutes walk to the main street of the old town in one direction and the hydrofoils to the Egadi Islands in the other. Rooms are spacious and quiet but bear in mind that they are serviced flats rather than a hotel so you can't expect the same level of convenience, e.g. rooms are only cleaned for longer stays. I have a couple of grumbles about the administration. Firstly, my booking confirmation said that the front desk was open from 09.00 to 21.00 and that I could check in from 15.00. I arrived at 14.15 and there was nobody there. I eventually managed to contact someone on the phone and was able to check in about 16.00. Secondly, I was asked to pay for cleaning and local tax on check-out even though I had already paid it ahead of my stay. This was settled amicably but it just added to the impression that the overall service could be more efficient. However, I'd happily stay in this property again and it is outstanding value.

The people and location were perfect. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely helpful. This was my first apartment rental. I found I am not an apartment type gal. You need to purchase toilet paper, water, shampoo, soap, etc. I was unfamiliar with how things worked. None of this is the property’s fault. I was just unprepared.

Appartamenti in zona porto, buone condizioni generali, ottima l'assistenza del personale nell'indicare i vari ristoranti della zona e non solo. Abbiamo speso qualcosa in più (poco) per la vista mare, ma, si intravede un pezzo di bacino portuale tra un edificio e l'altro. Ottimo per visitare il centro di Trapani e per le varie escursioni da fare in zona.

Soggiorno gradevole.Grande sorpresa

Personale davvero gentile e disponibilissimo a fornire informazioni sui luoghi di interesse della zona e soprattutto di supporto continuo durante il nostro soggiorno. Sono stati, infatti, velocissimi nel rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza di noi clienti. Appartamento pulito, grande, con arredi nuovi, dotato di ogni utilità, confermo quanto indicato nelle fotografie. A due passi sia dal centro storico che dal porto, molto comodo quindi per ogni spostamento. Se saremo di ritorno a Trapani, senza dubbio allogeremo nuovamente da Marina Bay ;)

Alloggio spazioso nel pieno centro

Io e la mia Ragazza abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura nel mese di luglio e siamo rimasti colpiti in modo positivo dalla grandezza dell'appartamento, dalla sua pulizia e dal suo stato di conservazione. In particolare va sottolineata la professionalità, la gentilezza e la simpatia di tutto lo staff della struttura in quanto hanno saputo darci ottimi consigli sui posti da visitare e dove mangiare. Ultima nota positiva la posizione della struttura che risulta ubicata nel centro di Trapani comoda a tutti i servizi principali e ottima per le passeggiate serali.

la location dell'hotel è strategica, vicinissimo alla ztl ma non dentro, così da poter scaricare e caricare facilmente i bagagli, vicinissimo al porto da cui partono gli aliscafi per le isole e vicinissimo ai maggiori luoghi di interesse. L'hotel è grazioso, i mini appartamenti sono nuovi, forniti di tutto, le camere da letto sono grandi e ariose, la cucina è funzionale e funzionante. L'appartamento era molto pulito. Consigliato

Leider sehr langer Check in trotz Absprache

Haben dieses Zimmer nur kurz genutzt um am Morgen direkt am Hafen zu sein und die Fähre nach Marettimo zu bekommen. Ist bestimmt auch für längere Aufenthalte nutzbar. große Küche , Flur, Bad und Schlafraum. Quartier war sauber und lag einigermaßen ruhig. Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung vorhanden. Hafen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gaststätten, Bäcker, Bank etc. auch in der Nähe. Fernseher vorhanden aber keine deutschen Programme, obwohl das heute kein Problem mehr ist. Negativ - obwohl Zeit für die Ankunft auf Buchung angegeben wurde und nach 2 maliger Anfrage von Marina Bay nochmal extra angegeben wurde, war niemand zum Einchecken anwesend. Per Telefon war nur Anrufbeantworter zu erreichen. Erst nach ca. 1 Stunde und der Hilfe eines anderen Gastes war es möglich jemanden zu erreichen.

casa spaziosa a 2 passi porto e centro storico

Siamo stati per la prima volta in Sicilia, avevamo molti dubbi sul paese, ma mi sono ricreduto. L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato è all'interno di un immobile storico recentemente ristrutturato dove sono stati ricavati degli appartamenti; ubicazione favorevolissima in quanto si trova di fronte al porto imbarco traghetti e aliscafo e a poco più di 20mt. dal centro storico, che abbiamo trovato meraviglioso; bar ristornati negozi all'interno di un contesto di immobili di pregio e chiese completamenti ristrutturati e pieno di vita. Il proprietario Giuseppe, persona giovane si è mostrato molto disponibile e al ns. arrivo ci ha suggerito luoghi e posti da visitare. Siamo rimasti sia io che mia moglie, molto soddisfatti ed abbiamo già consigliato il posto a ns. amici.

Awesome!

This place exceeded our expectations. Amazing location, great apart-hotel and quite a bargain. We originally had it booked for two nights and decided to stay another two nights.
