Large apartment for exclusive use on the sea

The apartment is located in the historic center of Trapani and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy an exclusive stay. It has a large panoramic balcony from which you can be enchanted by the view of sunrises and sunsets over the sea. The apartment is ideal for families, couples and friends and is able to satisfy the needs of the most demanding travelers. The apartment is on one floor and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a large panoramic balcony. The house is optimally usable even by those traveling with children: it offers, in fact, the possibility of adding a cot or a cot for children.
In furnishing the accommodation we have taken into consideration not only the aspect of functionality but also that of Sicilian, tradition and attention to detail.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely beautiful with the view of the ocean with coffee each morning. Our host were super friendly and very helpful and provided us with helpful tips to visit the city throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the city.

Don’t miss this one

Beautiful, clean and spacious property with all the modern amenities, and the world’s best hosts, who epitomise the concept of Sicilian hospitality. And the view from that balcony - wow! Made it hard to want to leave the property. Super convenient, central location in the heart of the town. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at the Bica’s apartment. Superb hosts. They are very kind and welcoming. They know about all of Trapani’s secrets and history. Very clean and comfortable apartment with great view. We recommend 100%! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Unparalleled hospitality

Vincenzo and his family are by far the kindest and most generous hosts whose home we’ve stayed in. He offered us everything we could need to get settled, as well as oil, pasta, and wine that his family produces. The apartment is beautifully restored and centrally located. Trapani Visit

The property was beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. The water is sparkling clear. Our hosts were very helpful and provided a lot of information. The samples of local product were greatly appreciated as well as the suggestions for places to visit, eat and more. We would definitely go back for a longer stay!

The beautiful apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view of the sea from the balcony is great as is the apartment’s location in the heart of Trapani with beach, restaurants, bars and shops all close by. Our host Vincenzo was superb, supplying us with information on anything and everthing. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a classy apartment in Trapani, book this one!

Beautiful Authentic Heritage Stay

Trapani was one of our favorite spots in Sicily specifically because of this gorgeous apartment, the location and also our host Vincenzo. He was so helpful and thoughtful with providing many special 'gifts' and extras in the kitchen. The photos do not even do this place justice as it was very large and an absolutely beautiful completely refurbished old palace. A very special place indeed.

Excellent accommodation

Central accommodation in the town close to beach. Parking has to be in free zone not close to apartment. However once you get use to where to leave the car it's easy. Look for white lines and no lines and it's free. The apartment is fantastic it has two bathrooms not one and it is high speck. Fantastic location and very clean. Lovely lovely

From my first correspondence with Vincenzo to the last, we just knew we were in EXCELLENT hands and would be well taken care of. Talk about an above and beyond host! Vincenzo and his family thought of everything and MORE. The level of thoughtfulness is something I have never experienced before. Talk about warm, kind, caring and hospitable people. The home is flawless and the views brought tears to our eyes. Great View,Huge Apartment, Gracious Host

The apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and was very comfortable. Parking was a little bit of a problem but host made it easy. Take a trip to Erice and you will truly be in a medieval village. It is worth the 30 min drive from Tripani.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir buchten diese Unterkunft als Paar wegen der spektakulären Meersicht. Wir wurden von Vincenzo am Parkplatz Vit. Em. (im Okt. 0.20Euro/Std.) abgeholt und zur Wohnung gefahren. Wir waren schlicht überwältigt. Im 2. Stock eines spanischen Palazzos gelegen fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Die Küche und die 2 Bäder wurden mit hochwertigen Materialien liebevoll renoviert. In der Küche stand eine Schale mit frischem Obst, feines Olivenöl, eine spezielle Kräutermischung und Busiate Trapanese (Pasta). Im Kühlschrank stand Mineralwasser, Wein, Fruchtsäfte, Milch und Butter bereit. Einfach unglaublich. Vizenzo erzählte uns viel von Trapani und der Geschichte dieser Stadt. Er besitzt ein unglaubliches Wissen über Historie und Kultur. Tipps bezgl. Nachtessen, Clubs etc inkl. Wenn wir wieder in Trapani sind, werden wir def. diese Unterkunft wieder buchen. Séjour enchanteur

Accueil plus que sympathique, hôtes très chaleureux et accueillants. Appartement irréprochable, très confortable, équipé d’une manière très fonctionnelle. Sa situation centrale est vraiment agréable. Le balcon face à la mer ajoute une touche bien sympathique dans un appartement en ville.

Brilliant apartment, fabulous location, great host

The property is incredible with a large kitchen, large lounge, 1 massive bedroom and 2 good sized bedroom. Located right in the centre of Trapani old town close to excellent bars and restaurants. Vincenzo could not have been more hospitable as a host -Parking is some 300m away but he met us there on arrival with his car and took us and our luggage to the apartment giving us a short guided tour of the town on the way. He had stocked the apartment with all essentials (tea/coffee/milk/beer wine - he also stocked us up later in the week). Has to be the best value apartment I’ve ever stopped in! Trapani itself is a great place to stay with some really good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the old town. Cannot rate this location highly enough! Thank you Vincenzo for all your efforts!

Just perfect in Trapani!

Vincenzo and his family were so welcoming to their property. He met me promptly at the property with very accurate directions to safe parking. He is so kind and left some local specialties for us to taste. He informed us all about Trapani and gave wonderful recommendations for tourism. The apartment was large, very comfortable, and best of all sparkling clean. The location is amazing- just blocks from centro storico and directly on the lungomare. I recommend this property to anyone who enjoys the city, but also wants a quiet caffè or vino on the terrace overlooking the sea. 10/10 for comfort and service! Grazie mille Vincenzo e famiglia!

Einfach wundeschön

Ich kann nur wiederholen, was die anderen schon geschrieben haben, aber diesmal auf Deutsch ;). Wir haben Ende Juni 2020 eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Die Familie Bica hat uns mehr als freundlich am nahegelgenen Parkplatz empfangen. Der Parkplatz kostet 10 ct die Std. (zwischen 8 Uhr bis 24 Uhr zahlbar). Das ist sehr günstig. Es handelt sich um einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz 10 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt. Die Familie hat unser Gepäck per Auto zum Apartment gefahren. Das Apartment ist genauso wie auf den Fotos. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist das Highlight. Das Ap. war pico bello sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist top! Mitten in der Altstadt. Wir waren nur zu zweit dort, aber es gibt Betten bis zu 6 Personen. Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und danken den Vermietern von Herzen für die schöne Zeit dort!

Warmest welcome, beautiful apartment, BEST location

From the very minute I booked the beautiful apartment for my parents and my stay in Trapani, Vincenzo and the Bica's Family were so warm, helpful and inviting. Our flight arrived a bit later in the evening and we did not arrive at the apartment until after 10pm. Even then, we were greeted and given an amazing tour of Trapani in the car, were shown around the apartment and given tips and advice for destinations during our stay. The apartment could not be in a better location - right in the city center, overlooking the sea and right above shopping and amazing restaurants! The apartment is very roomy and extremely clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and everyone that decides to visit Trapani, not only because of the most lovely apartment, but because Vincenzo and the Bica's Family were so accomodating and amazing people.

Exceeded our Expectations

We LOVED everything about our stay. From the beginning even prior to booking Vincenzo was great about communicating. Always available and quick to respond. Upon arriving we met his parents Giuseppe and Iole they welcomed us so warmly it was like being with family. Giuseppe brought our luggage up for us and Iole went over things to do and see and restaurants. We were captivated by the view from the patio overlooking the sea and enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the patio. When we arrived they met us and brought us to the apartment. It was a Sunday afternoon and the street was so quiet. When we went out later that evening the streets were alive with music and restaurants and little shops. We enjoyed walking around Trapani, shopping and eating in the restaurants. Our favorite was Vento dal sud Pizzeria Trattoria. The BEST pizza I have ever had. Thank you for being such gracious hosts and for making us feel at home. Your hospitality was wonderful! We hope to see you again soon and to stay longer.

Simply wonderful!

From our first contact with Vincenzo, everything was perfect. The apartment is in an old palazzo which has been tastefully modernised and provides everything you need for a perfect holiday. It is located on the main pedestrianised street in the old town. Whilst this does mean you can’t park right outside, there is very cheap parking a couple of minutes away and Vincenzo comes to meet you and take you back at the end of your stay so you don’t have to carry your luggage. Inside, the apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need. We loved breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea and an evening aperitif there too! Our hosts provided the most thoughtful and generous welcome pack. Trapani is a great base from which to enjoy and explore western Sicily and the town itself is very beautiful especially at night when many of its beautiful buildings are floodlit. The loveliest part of our stay was the warm welcome and care provided by Vincenzo and his family. He is justifiably proud of his town and surroundings and very knowledgeable. His recommendations for restaurants were all spot on and although we didn’t need to call on his assistance nothing was too much trouble. Go and enjoy, you won’t be disappointed!
