The Pool closes at 7 PM, so you can't expect a dip in the Pool after that. No towels were available for deck chairs, so you have to walk all the way back to reception and ask for a Towel Card! ( A nuisance) And they didn't hand out a Towel Card or mention it at check-in. When I asked about ordering a bottle of Wine from their Wine list, The Only time you can order a bottle of Wine is at 7:30, when the main buffet restaurant opens. I got there 5 minutes early to order a bottle and had to wait 20 minutes for it to arrive.

Beautiful place, the pool could use a bit of an upkeep / refresh but otherwise, perfect and enjoyable. Grounds are very well kept and peaceful to walk through. Restaurant was great and convenient. Wifi doesn’t work in the rooms - not an overly big deal but if you’re planning to use it, important not to rely on it. Would stay again.

That staff was super friendly. They try to please you at all times. The parking is easy. They bring the car out to you. Every time you need it. That location was spectacular.
