Amazing staff Very nice hotel Excellent location

We loved the beauty of the hotel property - and enjoyed the food and spa!

The Acoustic Hotel & Spa was amazing. We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and the staff was wonderful. They greeted us at the front door and helped with our luggage. When we checked in they brought us drinks and fresh fruit in the lobby. We had a couples spa package that was so relaxing! The front desk staff greeted us and wished us well every time we left and returned to the property. The rooms were spacious and house keeping kept everything nicely maintained and provided complementary waters, wine, and fruit. Absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Super Candle locates in a very busy street; however the hotel is fairly quiet. We appreciate how helpful the staff were to a bunch of elderly traveling through Hanoi. They were so kind and very attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet foods quality and variety were not consistent- some day the food were great & fresh, other days it was not so abundant and lack luster. Overall, we had a great time at Super Candle hotel and would recommend it to our friends who are traveling through Hanoi.

The staff was nice and accommodating, but the room was not what we expected. It was on the top floor in what appeared to be an “add-on” floor/suite space. Banging noise in the middle of the night (every night!) that woke us up at 2 am in the morning — sounded like construction work of some sort and furnitures being moved or shuffled around. We also booked a room with “City View”, but what we got was a view of rusty roofs and abandoned building. View of pile of garbage as you enter and exit the hotel. The bathroom looked like it had been DIY’d from the pipe work to the walls and ceiling. The location is convenient as it is situated in the middle of everything, BUT the place is a dump.
