"Room had a few cleaning issues, nothing serious but more attention should be paid."

"Everything was clean and orderly. The staff were helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is quiet. All in all, we enjoyed the stay very much. The only cons were that the toilet was pretty lethargic and we had to request a plunger. I noticed that at least one other room on our floor had to do the same. And the pool was out of towels. We brought towels from our room, so it wasn't a big deal, and the desk may have provided more if notified. I'm not sure. All of that said, I was very happy with the stay and plan to visit again soon. I'd also recommend it to anyone traveling with their family. "

"The toliet ran all night. And when I checked out the hotel charged my card $32.81 and said it was because i got reservation through Expedia and i did not and it was for the second night that i owed. I paid $222 for 2 nights. If it cast $33 more should have been notified before hand. Room was not worth it. Will never stay there again "

"The hot water in the shower never worked and when we called the front desk they said just wait a little longer. . . We called 2 more times after and was told the same thing. They also lied and said that their were no other available rooms , yet online it said their were 6 left. "

"Everything was great. We actually had the AC go out while there and the owner had a repair man there within an hour of contacting her. Great house for a large group. Two entirely separate living rooms and bedroom areas! Perfect to get those kids away lol. 10/10"
