They will not refund your money and they will offer you (if you are lucky) room of a size of broom closet. They have no idea how to honor and respect customers, they are greedy and dishonest. This is review of the management, not the property. Too many years ahead of them to learn about how to run business post communism. You are nothing to them...

"Die Willa ist hervorragend, frisch renoviert mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen und gutem Frühstück. Das einzige negative ist der Service. Es war jeden Tag jemand anders an der Rezeption, wenn sie mal besetzt war und abends war niemand mehr zu erreichen. Leider fehlte auf Expedia auch die Information, dass man bei der Ankunft 500 PLN als Kaution Bar hinterlegen muss. Man sollte also genug Bargeld haben."

There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. "Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane.
