My friend and I absolutely loved our stay here. The second we got out of the car, we had help with our bags; even at 1 AM. Our junior suite was so nice, clean and the bed was so comfy! The breakfast was included with our stay and it was excellent, so many options. The spa was absolutely heavenly, the value and the services were amazing. Francois and all the staff we encountered were absolutely lovely and gave us a very warm welcome to Hanoi. This was the first time at this hotel, but definitely not the last! See you again soon.
