"Nothing unique, just a regular hotel property. Unfortunately the food isn’t really Greek style and could be better. We decided to eat outside. Also the noise of the kids can be a bit annoying. "I needed a night stay near Balos beach and this was ideal location to enjoy my trip next day. Rooms were nice but the headboard of bed was little uncomfortable. There was counter sticking at the top of headboard which I hit my head multiple times. Its an easy fix by installing padding chusion of 3 inches on headboard. "

"Lovely remote and quiet location. Beach is a few minute drive and the waters are the clearest I’ve ever seen. The room was recently renovated, had everything we needed from a studio to make basic meals and drinks, and was extremely clean. "I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is more apartment than hotel since there is no onsite restaurant or room service, but I brought some food with me, so not a problem. This is a very modern facility, including USB ports on many outlets. And plenty of outlets. Angela, the receptionist, was very pleasant and answered all questions thoroughly and professionally. This hotel is not on the water, but in a quiet neighborhood up the hill a bit. I’d definitely stay here again."

"It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day. It was still very warm and there were over two hours of sun after the pool closed. Other than that though it was a great place and we had an amazing time in Crete. "
