"The positive aspects: excellent staff. The manager, Taa, was the manager, who provided transportation to and from the transit stations The rooms were spacious. The property had ample common space. The pool area was large and scenic. The restaurant had a decent menu and was convenient. The only negative for us was the immediate area around the resort was not particularly walkable. It is serviced by an unpaved road. "

- rooms are big, comfortable, silent, outdoor showers have powerful water pressure, and villas are spread far apart. Amazing.

"Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues."

"Absolutely the best customer service we've ever experienced in Cambodia. The staff is so friendly and treats you like a guest should be treated (i.e. they never walk out in front of you, they always step aside and allow you to walk by, they greet you with a warm smile, they always ask of you need anything vs allowing you to wander around aimless and lost, etc...). The bungalows are absolutely adorable, clean, and spacious. The pool is lots of fun and great for families. Thank you for the lovely...
