"Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. Nicely situated geographically with a lovely view of the sea from the front facing windows (the only windows unfortunately) and front door. Unfortunately, a public footpath goes straight past your only windows and front...

"Really nice"

"Lovely stay fantastic position"

"We had a fantastic stay, the room was very nice, food was delicious and all the staff was very friendly - Bonus for us, we could converse in Welsh with them."

"Great location and one of the nicest rooms We Had during our three weeks in Wales."

"I felt very welcomed by everyone, lovely staff, great breakfast, the parking was gratefully appreciated. My bedroom was lovely but due to previous heatwaves, the room was very warm due to its 300 yr old construction, I opened the window for cooler air which helped a bit. Hope to return again."

"Beautiful location"

"Lovely clean and tidy hotel. Nice staff great breakfast"

"Overall an excellent stay. Room very clean, spaciousomfy beds"

"IT WAS OK FOR 1 NIGHT"

"Friendly staff. Location excellent. Room had an awesome fan so we stayed cool all night. Double glazing cut the noise out well. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately, no breakfast included but there was the option to buy one and plenty of options nearby."

"Really nice stay here during the summer holidays. Lovely view out of our room and the bar was very nice and served decent food, even for us vegans! Would recommend a stay here :)"

"Very friendly staff, lovely breakfast and a great location. "

"Very comfortable room with fridge, big shower, really friendly staff"

"Fabulous location just a stones throw from the beach. Everything you needed was in the cottage. Floors a bit creaky but to be expected in an old building. No trouble parking on the street though not sure if this is the case in the height of summer. Bit confusing about rubbish(other than a weekly collection mentioned) but found recyling bins on the promenade and a biffa bin near the harbour for general waste. Good collection of books (read 2 during my stay!)Would happily stay at Bari again."

"We couldn't lock the front door all week! The key would not turn. We tried to contact the host but never heard from them. This made the holiday very stressful. The tv did it work either which was annoying. The water pressure in the ensuite shower was really poor making it unusable. The cottage could be so lovely but it feels uncared for and the owner is impossible to contact."
