Welcome to Lulu's Place in Tracy City, Tennessee! A true gem in the South Cumberland Plateau, this tiny home features a master bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and queen, loft with a full bed, and bunks with twin beds. Set on a private 95-acre lake, you'll be sure to enjoy your time kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, sitting by the fire pit, or winding down in front of the fireplace with a movie. The neighborhood is magical when the sun sets and you're sure to enjoy a sunset from the dock.

Cute Lake Cabin

The cabin was really cute and comfortable. It was well stocked with all the necessary items for a short getaway. We enjoyed the fire pit (with provided firewood) and loved exploring Tracy City, Monteagle, and Sewanee. The cabin was easy to find and very close to Fiery Gizzard, if you are interested in hiking. Though this is a lovely neighborhood, it is still under construction, which means that there is construction noise and there was a porta-john right in front of our cabin.

Downhill Southeast @ TTC

We were in town for a MTB race at the TTC. Location was about 25 minutes away, but it was an easy drive. The property was wonderful. It was on the line of a tiny house, but with a full size feel. There was a loft with a King bed that was perfect for my son. The first-floor bedroom had a Queen bed. It was a little tight but ample, with a full bath attached. There was also a set of bunk beds that were really cool. A second full bath made the unit complete. Attached to the property was a nice-looking pond/lake. We didn't have time to explore that feature. Would definitely rent again if we get back to the area.

Beautiful

Lulu’s Place was absolutely beautiful! We traveled in for a wedding so wasn’t able to explore much. We will definitely consider this location for a weekend get away.
