  • Calm Waters delivers exactly what its name promises—a serene, lakeside sanctuary designed to soothe the soul. Located in a quiet corner of Water’s Edge, this newly built tiny home offers direct access to the lake and a private fishing dock, plus two complimentary kayaks for your adventures.

    Inside, each room blends modern color palettes with curated decor to create a peaceful, luxurious vibe. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together as a family, while the lake-facing hot tub offers the ultimate way to unwind at sunset.

    Outside, enjoy the spacious deck with ample seating, a dining set, and a cushioned sectional. Stargaze, toast marshmallows by the firepit, or simply breathe in the mountain air.

    Construction may still be underway in parts of the community, but your retreat at Calm Waters is complete, pristine, and ready for unforgettable lakeside moments.

    Note: Firewood is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own or purchase a bundle from Retreat Vacations.
