    We want every guest to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Please help us care for our Little Piece of Heaven by following these simple rules:

    🚭 NO SMOKING OR VAPING
    Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. Please dispose of any smoking materials properly when outdoors. Evidence of smoking inside may result in an additional cleaning fee.

    🐾 NO PETS
    Pets are not permitted at this property. Please help us keep the home clean and comfortable for all future guests.

    👥 MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 GUESTS
    Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

    🔥 FIREPIT & GRILL
    Never leave the firepit or grill unattended. Fires must be completely extinguished after use and before leaving the property. Firewood and charcoal are not provided.

Clean property with so many little thoughtful items included throughout. The coffee bar and bathroom toiletries they had were so nice. Great little stay! We didn’t get to enjoy it much because of rain but the fire pit area with string lights at night is really nice. Just one note- WiFi password was different on check in info but the correct one was on the fridge in the property. Would definitely visit again.

Cozy cottage in a wooded community of homes surrounding a lake. The location was great with plenty of trails closeby and the Tracy City town center just down the road. The house was very clean and stocked with all the amenities if you want to stay in and cook. They also have games for the kids in the house as well as a playground close to the lake. We enjoyed sitting outside by the fireplace at night and making smores. The only criticism I have is that the sheets slept a bit hot for my liking. I would definitely recommend this house if you are visiting the area.
