Fantastic hotel for the price

Excellent hotel with amazing staff from receptionist to General Manager. Beautiful location across from the sea. Very good food in restaurant and served breakfast, lunch and dinner..Very nice room with all amenities. Staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend this hotel for travelers and will definitely stay there again when visit Trabzon next time.

Resepsiyonda duran genç ciddi anlamda kaba ve ilgisizdi, mecburiyetten duruyormuş ve biz başka çaremizde yok da onun için bu otelde kalmaya mecburmuşuz gibi davranıyordu. Sorularımıza cevap vermekten imtina ettiği gibi verdiği cevapları da oynadığı bilgisayar oyunundan gözünü ayırmadan verdi. Banyonun giderlerinden inanılmaz kötü koku geliyordu, 2. kaldığımız gece alt katta konaklayan banyoda sigara içti, tüm sigara dumanı bizim odadaydı, 6 aylık bebeğimizle boğulduk diyebilirim. Banyoda sular çok çok az akıyordu.Temizlik yapan kat görevlisi bayan çok ilgili ve kibardı. Kendimizi tek iyi hissettiren kişi kendisi oldu. Otel yetkilileri sanırım hiç kontrole gelmiyor veya gizli kontrol yaptırmıyor. Trabzon'da Arap yoğun müşteri olduğu için önemsemiyorlar herhalde yada Resepsiyon otelin ön yüzü olduğunun farkında değiller.

I stay at the hotel for 5 night. The room was very clean and quite. Also the location is excellent 3 min to meydan trabzon by walking. The hotel is safe :) I will stay again next time.

Otelin konumu, personeli ve oda temizliği açısından bir sorun yaşamadım gayet iyi. Fakat kesinlikle günlüğü 550 TL edecek bir şehir oteli değil hemde eylül ayında. Sıradan bir oda ve Kahvaltı haricinde bir hizmet beklemeyin. Özellikle tavsiyem atıştırmalıklarınızı ve içeceklerinizi yanınızda götürün. Zira mini barınızdan su bile içecek olsanız fahiş ücret ödeyeceksiniz. Örnek ; Su 5 TL diğer çerez ve içeceklerden bahsetmeme gerek yok herhalde.

The rooms are small by Turkish standards but are very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. It seems to be popular with Saudi families, and we were unlucky to have a very noisey family on our floor. The children shouted and slammed doors until midnight.

Merhaba, Haziran ayında fotoğraf çekmek amaçlı Trabzona geldiğimde kız arkadaşımla bir gecelik konaklama sağladık. Geldiğimiz gün kahvaltı saati geçmesine rağmen kahvaltı hazırlandı. Balkonlu ferah ve mükemmel bir oda tahsis edildi. Temizlik ferahlık ve herşeyiyle mükemmel bir otel. Mahalle arasında kalmış olsada yorumlar da bahsedildiği gibi ses görültü vb şeyle karışamadık.
