Great location, but outdated

Hotel is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom and room fixtures. It was also a challenge to communicate in English. Breakfast was okay. Great location.

Middle of the road Hotel right on Mayden Square

Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. Only other issue was the shower water temp would cycle hot to cool every few minutes. Other wise the everything else such as room comfort, breakfast, etc was OK

Temizlik kötü, yatakların yayları battı, ilk oda diye çıkardıkları 6.kat önce 5. Kat’a asansörle ardından merdivenlerden çıkarıyorsunuz çantaları, odaya girdiğimizde çekyat’ı açmışlar yatak diye iç içe geçmiş yatak ve çekyat oda diye birşey yok, sonra ricamız üzerine 5. Kat’a geçirdiler, ama kahvaltı çok kötü ve en büyük sorun her yer iranlı ve arap kaynıyordu, tek türk müşteri bizdik ve bin kere pişman olduk. Kahvaltıya 2. Gün inmedik. Otopark’da ayrı problem, mafyavari abiler kapıda ters ters hareketler, yani güvenliğiniz biraz sıkıntıda. Aile için bir hotel değil bizce. Çok pişman olduk. İyi tatiller herkese.

Konum güzel ancak Vasat

Otel yatakları, yastıkları ve yorganları çok kötüydü. Gündüz asansörde bakım vardı. 5 kat valizleri indirmek zorunda kaldık. Ve o kadar tozluydu ki tüm yatak ve yorgan tüm gece hapşırdık.

Amazing hotel at the center if Trabazon. Clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Very convenient for family where the market and garden is just 2 min walking. I loved it
