Extremely helpful and courteous English speaking staff at Reception. Though my first room was noisy from external noise. Buy was given a better sea view room when i extended my stay. Basic amenities and breakfast.

Enjoyable 2 day stay at the Grand Vuslat.

I enjoyed my stay at the Grand Vuslat. The hotel was perfectly situated for the main square - restaurant and main shopping area. The hotel was very nice and the room allocated was clean and comfortable. The room / hotel had secure wifi which was very good. The breakfast selection was good and all the staff I encountered during my stay were very courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Bad experience

The room smelled very bad, obviously this hotel has a very old sewer water system, a very bad smell was coming out of the bathroom. A lot of noise was coming from the room above ours and the type of guests they had obviously was terrible. Bell boy and receptionist were very helpful, breakfast could be a lot better than what they served, for God sake they had 5 different kinds of cheese and mostly tasted the same, no coffee was served only lousy tea, in another word they could serve other kinds of food instead of serving 5 kinds of cheese and 5 kinds of jam! When we checked in thete was no toilet paper in the room so We had to ring the reception to bring it to us, didn't they clean the room and prepare it for the new coming guests! There was nothing in the mini bar, not even juices! Why to bother having unplugged mini bar in the room! Most guests where not wearing any face masks, and freely using the elevator and roaming in the public area. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all, I've been in tourism industry for 26 years, I've used much smaller and simpler hotels in my life, even hostels, so I didn't enjoy staying at this hotel at all.
