EXCELLENT HOTEL

Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was there was a big step up to the bathroom and the shower was not the best. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice staff but horrible old and smelly rooms

The staff was very nice . Yousef at the front was amazing and so sweet and helpful with all bags. Ibrahim in the bar /Hooka are was amazing ! It’s sad that the hotel is so old and outdated. The full beds are not like twin beds , the rooms have a weird smell and it’s moldy like. Bathrooms are from the 90’s. Breakfast was very poor as well . The hotel must be at least 50 years old !

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alperen, Eyüp und Mustafa vom Hotel sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben gute Tipps für unsere Ausflüge bekommen. Unsere Zimmer sind sehr gut geputzt worden; das Essen im Restaurant sowie das Frühstück waren perfekt. Beim Frühstück könnte das Personal etwas offener und freundlicher sein.

Bu otelde kalacaklar güvenlikle ilgili bir sorun yaşamayacaktır buna adım kadar eminim temizlik ve güler yüzlülük konusunda mükemmeller yine Trabzon’a gelirsem yine kalacağım yer burasıdır kesinlikle.. Sadece kahvaltı saatini 10:30 yerine 12:00 ye kadar uzatmaları daha mantıklı olurdu fakat zaten herşey mükemmel olduğu için gözünüze bişey batmıyor bile

Sehr unflexibel und unfreundliches Personal. Uns wurde keine Informationen zu dem Hotel gegeben (Frühstückszeiten und Ort, Parkmöglichkeiten, usw) und mit vier Koffer für zwei Personen kam die erhoffte Unterstützung seitens Personal ebenfalls nicht. Die Betten waren unbequem aber sauber. Wir konnten lediglich ein/zwei Stunden schlafen und hatten aufgrund der zu hohen Kissen steife Nacken.
