窓が大きく、部屋からの景色が、ほぼ空、という素敵なロケーションでした。 露天風呂も、座ると、本当に空しか見えず、移りゆく雲を眺めながらゆったりすることができました。 のんびり過ごすには最高の宿でした。 ただ、宿泊したときは、予約で一杯だったせいか、朝食の時間が1時間で交代になり、小さい子供を連れて行ったので、少し慌ただしい朝食になりました。 また、お風呂のお湯は、混んでいたせいか、やや汚れが取り切れていないように思えました。 全体的に、昔からある宿が、リノベーション等しながら、いい雰囲気を残しつつ、ゆったり過ごせる環境になっているいい宿、という印象でした。 あまりゆっくり食べやれませんでしたが、ご飯も美味しかったので、また、蒲郡に行くことがあれば、候補の1つです。

Beautiful views over the Pacific Ocean in the open air onsen, would definitely recommend for that alone. Easily accessible by train from Nagoya city centre, however the train station has one bus (and no taxi stand) to the resort every couple of hours so organise ahead. For foreign tourists; the staff speak little English but try to be helpful!

フクロウが名物？

家族旅行で訪問しました。ロビーにフクロウがいて可愛かったです。夜にフクロウと写真撮れたりさわったりできて子供はとても喜んでました。ロケーションは良くとても落ち着きました。衛生面は気になる所も何ヵ所かありますが、色々な所に気づいを感じましたので悪くなかったです。近くで丁度花火もやっておりタイミング良かったのかな？

宿泊した感想

フロントのお姉さんは、日本の方ではないようでしたが、とても感じが良かった。その他スタッフの方々も親切にしてくださいました。食事量は多く、大食漢の私が手を付けずに残してしまうものがあるほどでした。味は普通。お宿全体が古いせいか？全体に暗く汚い印象が拭えません。部屋は広く家族3人で過ごすには広すぎるぐらいでした。が、こちらもあまり使われていない部屋だったのか？窓を開けたら蜘蛛の巣、障子を開けたらホコリの塊が出てくる、洗面所はひび割れ茶色くシミが出来ているなど、清潔感にかけるため、何をするにも原点イメージがつきまといます。キッズスペースがロビーにある等など、広々した空間があるのに全体的に陰なイメージが拭えなず勿体無いなと思います。海は穏やかで瀬戸内海を思わせる素敵な場所なのに観光客が少ないからか？どこのホテルも外観は似たような感じでした。活性化が必要？！竹島で潮干狩りを楽しんだ後の宿泊でしたが、楽しめました。

西浦温泉、高台にある旅館です。 部屋はちょっと古めですが必要なものは一通り揃っており不自由ありません。 浴場は最下階に露天風呂、最上階展望風呂があり、どちらも眺め良しです。ただ、露天の方は内風呂がなく、季節によっては寒いかもしれません。
