Aquarius on the Beach
got locked out of my room- major headache (and a fee) to get back into my room late at night because this is not a hotel with 24hr reception

We had an ocean view room which was beautiful. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend paying for the ocean view.

Grand Hotel and Apartments Townsville
Very small balcony with a large tree encroaching on it. Pool didn’t have a hand rail to support elderly or disabled people to get in or out. Fire alarm went off twice in one day. Rooms were clean but doors were in need of repair.
