"The view was great. My only issue is that Expedia advertises this as all inclusive I was unaware that’s but what I purchased. I found out when I got there that I was supposed to call and add the package. I had no food in my room. No water bottles. Nothing. The vending machine took dollar bills. Who carries dollar bills? Food was great. Everything else 10/10. But I only drank water during my meals. Who doesn’t offer water bottles?! View was spectacular and the cave was such a serene experience. Highly recommend, just bring dollars or buy water. 😊"
"Everything was really wonderful, almost all of the staff was very friendly and personable. I did find that the drinks were incredibly expensive and maybe not worth the price, I felt like they were a bit stingy with their pours! Love the resort tho!"
"Coco Reef was a beautiful beachside property. Our room faced the ocean. The property and room were clean, spacious, and vibrant. The room was equipped with wi-fi, robes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, an iron and board, a safe, a TV, a hair dryer, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. There is a restaurant and bar on-site. This resort accepts credit cards. Sadly, there isn't a gift shop, but there is a store within walking distance. The restaurant's staff was absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was accommodating. There are many places to stay on the island, but we would stay here again when we visit. "
"Our stay at The Loren at Pink Beach was excellent. The room was really clean, modern and well-stocked. The view of the ocean from the room was beautiful and calming. It was so nice that the hotel is right along the beach. We spent a lot of time there collecting seaglass and making sandcastles. Our child also loved the kids playroom especially on the colder days.
We ended up eating around one meal a day at the hotel's restaurant which was quite filling and the quality of the food and service was exceptional (which made up for the cost!). We also stocked up on snacks and food from the nearest grocery store, Harrington Hundreds.
What made our stay so amazing was all the staff including those at the restaurant, front desk, and pool area who were so friendly and really anticipated our needs without even us asking them. I've never really stayed at a hotel with this type of service, and it definitely made the difference for us. The front desk also arranged a private van tour with Corrine who was so friendly and knowledgeable. Our stay here makes us want to visit Bermuda again (though maybe we'll come back when its slightly warmer!). "
"The Rosewood Bermuda was hands down one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The property was beautiful and very well cared for. The service was exceptional. The one thing tha made this place stand out above all else was the people. You will be hard pressed to find a more welcoming, polite and genuinely caring group. Thank you Rosewood for a most memorable experience."
"The staff was so professional and kind. They really pampered us. The rooms, common areas and gardens/grounds were beautiful and kept in perfect condition. The evening wine hour was well attended each night and we enjoyed meeting travelers from other countries. "
