"The staff at the check in desk were courteous and helpful. The appearance of out side of the property was good and the appearance of lobby and Breakfast area was excellent with big screen TV. Overall the ambience was overwhelming from the time you walked in the front door. The room was clean and in good shape. It had a closet space to hang your clothes and Ironing board. The bathroom had Hair dryer and coffee Machine. The room floor had Carpet wall to wall and the bathroom floor the tile was in excellent condition."

"We had a king room. It's small and the lighting was a bit weak but the room was clean and the fridge worked well. Shower water pressure was weak, and the mattress was like sleeping on a board that had a foam cover over it. Noise from other rooms wasn't bad, we've stayed in much louder places. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was it luxury? Nah, but we didn't pay luxury prices."

"The property was nice & clean, and a very short drive to amenities. We were so glad to find a VRBO in the area as it can be hard to find vacation rentals in smaller towns and cities. This worked out great for us as we were in town for a family reunion. We played tourist on Saturday morning getting donuts at the local bakery and checking out the farmer's market next to it. Wanted to check out the local bookstore, but did not get a chance. Maybe next time!"

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s place this past weekend in Shelbyville, Indiana! The home was truly roomy, inviting, and immediately felt relaxing the moment we arrived. It was the kind of space that made it easy to unwind—so much so that we actually enjoyed staying in more than we expected just to soak up the comfortable atmosphere.The place was also very clean and spotless. Everything was fresh, well cared for, and ready for us as soon as we walked in.Andrea was extremely responsive in providing arrival and departure instructions, and to our messages throughout the stay. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish.The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked and great for preparing meals, and the coffee bar was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. We also enjoyed the nice TVs and the comfortable, cozy bedding, which made it easy to rest and recharge each day.Overall, this was a fantastic rental experience. We love the place and highly recommend Andrea’s home to anyone planning a stay in Shelbyville. We’ll definitely be back!"

"We had a great time with our family. There was something for everyone! Hiking, fishing, swimming, games. The property is very well maintained. The only thing I can offer as feedback for improvement, and Im not even sure if anything can be done, is the water pressure is low and the the water had a metallic smell to it. We had bottled water we planned to drink anyways. It could just be thats just normal for the rural area. Is was not big enough of a deal to deter us from coming back. We're already planning our trip to come back next year."
