By far one of the best Embassy’s I have stayed at. The staff was helpful and if we needed anything it was quickly addressed. The breakfast was great. The hotel and room were clean. The location was close to Bank park and the Fashion Outlet. They had a free shuttle that was easy to use.
Only issue I had was we ended up in an handicap accessible room. The removable shower did not mount so if you accidentally turned it out it sprayed everywhere. The shower was slippery. And since it did not have much of a lip on the shower the bathroom floor got extremely wet. We went through a ton of towels. It was definitely a fall hazard. Also where the bathroom was in the room you could hear everything going on in the bathroom everything echoing. So no real privacy.

Upscale amazing stay in trendy neighborhood in Chcago. Walking distance to coffee shops, great restaurants. The amenities were beyond what I expected/ great lap pool, hot tubs, sauna steam room and amazing gym with enough equipment to do a full strength training workout. We will stay here again!
