Questionable Quality
The place appeared empty from the outside and the "office" was somewhere around the back. Was hoping to use the pool but it looked unclean. Took one look at the surroundings and decided not to check in.

Finding the place was very difficult, the facilities were not too good, there were no breakfast or water provided, the wi fi was unavailable in general our stay was very disappointing

We will continue to refine and upgrade our environs and services so that all guests will feel safe and comfortable at all times during their stay. Situations involving lack of internet service are normally beyond the control of Hunters Rest Villa. For these cases we always immediately contact our internet service provider to correct any and all technical issues. Please note, technical issues that interfered with normal internet access on the evening of Feb 4, 2022 were fixed and fully functional by 8am Feb 5,2022. Enjoyed our stay w/o Breakfast
Property was quaint, staff was friendly, room was what we were expecting. However when I asked what time breakfast was, I was told there was no breakfast. Double-checked my reservation listing and it stated "Continental Breakfast included." I'm not sure what happened, but I did not let it spoil my day.

I had a 16 day stay
Very much enjoyed the view, staff here and the peace and quiet my husband and I had. The only complaint I have is the fact I had to constantly plunge the toilet,as a guest. Other than that enjoyed my 16day stay there for the price. Our regular housekeeper who brung is complimentary breakfast was amazing.we miss her already. I would stay again.

Decent for the price you pay
Pictures should be updated to match current conditions. Free breakfast was nice. Everyone here is polite, just a few issues with the room. For the most part, it’s decent to be like a rooming apartment not a hotel. nothing spectacular with good customer service.

Check-in process was smooth and quick, with a warm welcome from management. Room was clean with all the basic amenities. The breakfast was sumptuous, that was definitely the highlight for my fiance. Will be back!

Excellent stay
Great and quiet location also easy to get to Ochie Rios and other surrounding areas. Staff is friendly and nice. The place is clean and very private.

Lovely
I had a wonderful stay, Novlette brought up a delicious breakfast in the morning and was very hospitable and pleasant to interact with. If you do not mind hearing the sound of traffic every now and then i guarantee you will have a good stay.

I did not know what to expect when I booked my stay here but I was very surprised when I got there. Hunters Rest Villa is very nice, comforting and private. It’s much closer to Ocho Rios and many other places. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay.

The hotel lost my reservation so there was a wait to get another room. Not the room I asked for and was too close to a major highway

Poor no customer service, a/c stopped working,
After paying for my stay and checking in, no one was available for to talk to about my concerns, a/c stopped working and no wifi code was provided, towels provided was atrocious, subject refuse to answer the phone or me knocking on the door, also my room was not ocean view as stated, following morning around 6.am I saw someone cleaning the yard, I ask him if he knew the wifi code, he then stated to me that, everyone was out on the road and he didn't know it, at that point I just left the property.

Disappointed with the service received.
I can truly say I wasn't happy with the service received from the Hunters Rest Villa in Tower Isle, Saint Mary for the week we were there. The Itinerary gives you a choice of paying by Dollars $ or by £ Sterling. On arrival we Payed in sterling the following morning the owner for the hotel came to see me and said she didn't get the full amount for the sterling from the bank cause it wasn't in US Dollar told her I paid what was on the Itinerary at the time of the booking but she wouldn't have that we were being harass daily for the shortfall from the Bank which we did not pay.
