"This was a wonderful find….comfortable bed, beautiful view of the lake with a nice balcony. It was clean and well-maintained. Very quiet and relaxing. It was great to have the small kitchen to cook a simple meal. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"We had an amazing trip, so many memories made in this place! The location was perfect --we were only minutes from anything we wanted to do, but came "home" to the secluded-in-the-woods feel, LOVED that. The views of the trees and the lake are great, one of my favorite things. There was a doe and a buck that came to visit almost every day, and we got to see a bald eagle swoop into a tree above us while we relaxed outside one afternoon. The cabin felt cozy, lived-in, and loved --perfect for letting our kids be kids, wonderful family home. When we checked in, we had a few minor issues of things that has been missed in the prior cleaning, but from start to finish, the host responded and had the issues resolved within 30 minutes. We caught fish, built a fire and made s'mores, and made multiple meals in the kitchen that had everything we needed. We are so thankful to have found this beautiful spot, and we hope to come back again and again!"

"Came up north for a guys golf weekend with 9 guys and we needed a home to accommodate us. I found this home on VRBO and this home did more than accommodate. It is spacious, well maintained, phenomenal views of the lake, and it is appointed with all the modern conveniences, without losing the charm of the Northwoods.Ken ( the owner) took care of us as well, he asked if there were any concerns, I said the guys were concerned about not missing any college football games. He went so far as to install a new wi-fi router so we wouldn’t miss any College Football games on Saturday. (He said he was going to upgrade the wi-fi anyway). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for space, comfort, convenience and a touch of the Northwoods!"

"We had an absolutely amazing time! There was something at the cabin for everyone, we have 4 kids with ages from 1-12 and they all had something to do or toys to play with. We had some family game nights and spent a whole afternoon fishing from the dock. We will definitely be coming back and making this a yearly vacation!"

"We absolutely loved our time here! The cabin is as described- plenty of indoor and outdoor space for hanging out. So quiet and peaceful looking out over the lake, and also so close to tons of stuff in town if you do want to venture out. Highly recommend, and we hope to be back next year!"

"Host was very receptive. Property was nice and clean but somewhat dated. Location was nice with lots of restaurants, however some bedrooms faced a very busy road with lots of road noise."
