Amazing and beautiful place to stay

We had a great stay at Rayz Eiffel in Paris. What stood out most was the excellent staff, especially a young Black man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and spoke English very well, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. He welcomed us with croissants, provided us with a charger converter, and whenever we needed anything, he accommodated us quickly and kindly. His professionalism and warmth made a big difference in our experience. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight: delicious, well-presented, and a great way to start each morning The location is simply amazing, perfectly placed to explore the city, with easy access to everything Paris has to offer. The hotel also has a pleasantly quiet atmosphere, which we really appreciated after long days of sightseeing. We did experience some WiFi connectivity issues during our stay, but the team handled it promptly and moved us to a new room without any fuss. It’s always reassuring when a hotel responds to concerns with professionalism and care. Overall, a charming and comfortable base for a Paris trip. We’d happily return!
