We had booked a double room with bathtub but only remembered after 10 minutes. The manager said it was too late to change but that we could leave if we wanted! There were also no drinks making facilities in the room and no lift.

I would love to give it 5 stars but due to the fact that the heat was not working was really bad specially when you are with an infant with you I literally had put his jacket on in the middle of the night because the room was freezing mind you we had a small heater on but in vain.
