We had a great stay - the house is beautiful with so much charm. Hot tub great. All facilities as we needed them. Some lovely trips out to local places of interest. We were informed that we could not arrive before 4pm on Saturday as the property would be cleaned and prepared before this time. On arrival it was obvious that this was not the case.
