Staff is helpful, but usually points you to the suite of automated services features - chatbot, self-checkin and out. The location is excellent, the fitness center is excellent and there are lots of places nearby for great coffee and food... plus a handy 7-11 in the hotel complex. Really everything you could possible need."

Overall a nice place to stay but for a grouchy person like me, it has room for improvements."
