"My recent stay at Shangri-La Far Eastern, Taipei was an excellent overall experience. The front desk staff were highly professional, courteous, and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel itself feels grand and luxurious, with refined design and attention to detail that reflect true international five-star standards. The room was particularly impressive—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the panoramic view of Taipei 101, which was absolutely stunning both during the day and at night, adding a memorable touch to the stay. The only minor drawback was the breakfast restaurant, where the layout and flow felt somewhat disorganized during peak hours, slightly affecting the dining experience. However, this small issue did not take away from the overall quality of the stay. I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and a luxurious environment. It is definitely a place I would return to."

"Visited Taipei for a family trip. Grand Hyatt was absolutely amazing. The location was perfect. Walking distance to malls, coffee shops and restaurants. All the activities we did were anywhere from 10-30 minutes away by Uber. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I’d gladly book here again on my next trip to Taipei. "
