"Gym was super small and pool was closed. I booked this property because of the indoor pool that my grandchildren were looking forward to and when we arrived were told that pool is closed. Gym only had a couple of equipment in it. One of the rooms smelled had to exchange key. Thermostat froze could not adjust. Bathroom needed bleaching."

"The room was very clean. Our room has a handicapped walk in shower with a built in shower chair that was amazing! The staff was exceptional. Very nice , helpful people. I will definitely return."

"Everything was fine until I took my shirt off...I was waking up every 10 minutes (NOT an exaggeration) scratching, itching, hurting, from bed bugs. I currently am having an allergic reaction to the bites on my lower back (quarter sized welts), the second night, I stayed up all night to nervous to even use the bed. I've got welts and open wounds from the bites on my ankles (pretty big swelling),my lower back (severelynswollen and red), my shoulders and upper back, my wrists have open sores and the back of my hand and fingers have welts and bites, the top of my left arm has a huge cluster of bites, and my face has bites. The staff solution was for me to pay for an extended stay and they'd "change the sheets". She was beyond rude as she tries to gaslight me into believing it was a reaction to detergents...which wouldn't have been so infuriating if I wasn't actively bleeding in front of her, covered in sores. She then tried to tell me it was my fault. Clearly do not understand how bed bugs work. There was so much pest feces behind the night stand that the floor looked slick or sticky, and the baseboard was covered in bed bug feces. The mattress itself was stained brown. Yes, i took photos and yes I have videos. I would have been better off sleeping in my car."
